Cold Crab Mushroom

Wash the crab mushrooms.

Shred the hot pepper, slice the garlic, and cut the dried red pepper into small pieces.

Put two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of white vinegar, some sugar, some salt in a small bowl, and mix thoroughly (you can add some sesame oil and MSG according to your preferences).

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the crab-flavored mushrooms, and boil for a few minutes.

Remove the crab-flavored mushrooms over cold water, and place the dried water in a basin for later use.

Add shredded pepper and pour the sauce in a small bowl.
