The weather is getting hotter and hotter. For me, it seems that it is the season when only cold dishes are served to fill my stomach. More soup for bibimbap, super fragrant👍👍👍

Cold Dish "cold Eggplant"

1. After removing the stems, wash the eggplant, steam it in a steamer, take it out until it is not hot, tear it into strips by hand, and put it in a basin.

2. Spicy dried millet cut into circles⭕ shallots, chopped green onions, mince garlic.

3. Put the millet spicy rings, chopped green onion and minced garlic into the eggplant.

4. Raise the pan and heat the oil, turn off the heat after the oil smoky.

5. Hot oil is poured into the ingredients to stimulate the fragrance.

6. Add salt, consumption oil, light soy sauce, aged vinegar, sugar, and drizzle with sesame oil.

7. Just mix well.

8. Load up!

Tips:

If you don't like the juicy soup, you can squeeze out the excess water before tearing the eggplant by hand! I like to use more soup for bibimbap😄
