Cold Fern Root Powder

Cut the coriander into sections, mince the pepper and garlic, and cut the red pepper into small circles

Put the peanuts in the microwave and bite on high heat for 5 minutes. The peanuts I use are raw. If there are cooked peanuts, just cut everything.

Let the roasted peanuts air dry, press firmly with the back of the knife, and then cut everything with the knife

Add water to the pot. After the water is boiled, add the fern root powder and cook for about 7~8 minutes. You can put one in the middle and taste it soft.

Take the boiled fern root powder in cold water

Don’t pour out the fern root powder after boiling it, blanch the bean sprouts a little bit

Pour out the water in the fern root powder, add coriander, mustard tuber, chili, hot pepper and bean sprouts

Add salt, chicken powder, light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, white sugar and green onions

Finally, top with chopped peanuts, stir well and eat~
Put it in the refrigerator and it will taste better~
Tips:
After the boiled fern root powder is put in cold water, the taste is stronger.
