Cold Fern Root Powder

Put 100 grams of fern root powder in a steamer and boil for about half an hour to soften.

Take the fern root powder out of the serving plate with a colander, pour the chili oil to prevent the fern root powder from sticking, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, add salt, Haitian soy sauce and balsamic vinegar and mix well.

Serve on the table.
