Cold Fungus

1. Soak the dried fungus in cold water for 1~2 hours

2. Sliced shallots, shredded bell peppers, and cut coriander into sections

3. Put the soaked fungus into a bowl, add minced garlic, shallots, coriander, and green pepper

4. Add light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and mix well
