Cold Fungus

Soak the dried fungus in cold water for 1~2 hours

Sliced shallots, shredded bell peppers, and cut coriander into sections

Put the soaked fungus into a bowl, add minced garlic, shallots, coriander, and green pepper
4.
Add light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and mix well
5.
Ready to eat.
