Cold Fungus

Soak the dried fungus in warm water for 2 hours, pick and wash the coriander, peel the garlic and set aside

Pound the garlic into garlic paste, and cut the parsley into small pieces

Boil water in the pot, add the fungus and blanch for 30 seconds

Fish out too cold

Tips:
1. The fungus should be fully soaked;
2. The blanching time should be short to maintain a crisp taste;
