Cold Onion

Shred the onion and serve on a plate
2.
Put 2 tablespoons of salt, marinate well for 10 minutes
3.
Prepare the chives, coriander, garlic and set aside
4.
Rinse the pickled onions with water, drain and serve
5.
Add all the seasonings and you're done.
Tips:
Don’t marinate the onion for too long, the color will not look good
