Cold Pork Belly

Ingredients: cooked pork belly.

Chopped pepper, minced garlic, chives (forgot to shoot).

Put the cooked pork belly on the cutting board and cut it.

Put it in a large bowl.

Then, put the minced garlic and chopped pepper, add some salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, mix well, set aside some chives, and serve.
