Cold Tofu Shreds

Wash and shred cucumbers, put them in a basin (cucumbers can be added or subtracted according to personal preference)

Rinse the shredded tofu, pull it into sections and put it in a bowl with the shredded cucumber

Shred the green onion and put it on the tofu, cut the red pepper into shreds and put it on the green onion

Add salt and monosodium glutamate (put to the side of the shredded tofu, do not let the oil directly pour on the monosodium glutamate, or add it later)

Add rice vinegar and light soy sauce

Pour vegetable oil into the pot

Add two drops of wood ginger seed oil, not too much, just a little bit to enhance the flavor (if you don’t have one, you can leave it alone)
