Cold Tofu Shreds

Prepare the raw materials;

Cut the tofu skin into shreds with a knife;

Put the shredded tofu into the pot, add salt, spring onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, and chili, and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat;

Cut parsley into sections and blanch them in water with salt and oil;
5.
Drain the shredded tofu, put the blanched parsley into a plate, pour in a little light soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well.
