Cold Trotters

1 pig's trotters cleaned and ready for use

Remove the pig's feet and put it in a pot, add water, sachet, salt, and soy sauce for 2 hours

Cooked trotters

Fish out to cool

Slice the plate.

Heat oil in a pan, add the diced chili and stir fry until fragrant
