Cold Vermicelli

Remove the old leaves and roots of spinach, soak it in rice-washing water for a while, wash and cut into long sections; soak the vermicelli in advance until the vermicelli becomes soft; drain the vermicelli and set aside;

Wash the ginger, garlic, and millet separately and mince; add warm water and cover to stimulate the flavor of the seasoning;

Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
