Colorful Meals
1.
Mince garlic, dice the bacon, plum meat, and pleurotus eryngii. I use less bacon to give it a taste, because bacon contains higher salt and fat, so I eat less.
Plum meat can be replaced with any lean meat.
Tempeh can be soaked in water, but if you use tempeh, the taste is more balanced.
2.
Heat boiled water, blanch pleurotus eryngii, carrots, green peas and corn in the order.
3.
Also blanch the lean bacon.
4.
Put the oil in to preheat, put the bacon in a pot over high heat and fry until fragrant, then add the minced garlic, then add the lean meat and tempeh water. Continue to stir fry.
5.
After the lean meat changes color, add other ingredients together and stir fry, and the eryngii mushrooms can be out of the pan when they are slightly dry.
Tips:
You can add chicken essence according to your personal preference. If you like the spicy taste, you can also replace the tempeh with Laoganma.
