2. Use scissors to cut off the abalone's tone and tail gas and the entire intestines and clean them.

3. After removing the intestines, use a brush to whiten the black adhesions on the surface of the abalone.

4. Clean abalone.

5. Prepare the ingredients.

6. Put all the abalone ingredients into the soup pot, add appropriate amount of water, and drip a few drops of cooking oil.

Tips:
