Coriander Fungus Mixed with Dried Shreds

Prepare all the ingredients: wash the tofu skins with water, blanch them for 3 minutes and remove them. Soak the black ears in warm water and blanch for 3 minutes to remove. Wash coriander, dry and chop, cooked and deep-fried peanuts
