Coriander with Beef

After the beef is cleaned, cut thick slices against the texture of the beef (recommended to use beef tenderloin, but I didn’t buy beef tenderloin. I bought it from beef sirloin, but it is also delicious. Some people use fat beef to make it like this. Not bad)
Add minced green onion and ginger➕2 scoops of light soy sauce➕1 scoop of cooking wine➕1 scoop of dark soy sauce➕2 scoops of starch➕a little baking soda 20 minutes.

Seasoning sauce:
Mince garlic ➕ millet pepper ➕ white sesame seeds ➕ chili powder ➕ cumin powder ➕ pepper powder, pour in boiling oil and mix well

After rinsing the coriander, dry it and cut into sections, and set aside for later use.

After the pan is hot, put a little more oil than usual for cooking, add the beef slices and scatter them. Be sure to stir and fry quickly on high heat. After the beef has changed color, it is served, and the excess oil is filtered out (the remaining oil can be fried for another dish. How much saving 🤦♀️)

Pour the smoothed beef into the prepared sauce, add the coriander, and mix well

Tips:
🖊The light soy oyster sauce is salty. The addition of salt can be increased or decreased according to your taste.
