Crab Claypot Tofu

Clean the crab carefully and cut into small pieces!

Stir-fry the ginger and garlic in a hot pan with cold oil over low heat to create a fragrance

Put the crabs into the pot, stir fry with the right amount of cooking wine until the shell turns red, add clear water, not too much water to submerge the crabs!

Bring to a boil, put the cut silk tofu into the pot, add some light soy sauce and sugar
5.
After the high heat is turned on, cook for another ten minutes, add some salt to taste and bring out the pan
Tips:
1. The amount of crab and tofu can be increased or decreased freely, generally according to the number of diners
2. Silk is more delicate, easy to taste, and taste better!
3. Crab flavor cold ginger and cooking wine: you can put more in moderation!
