Crab Noodle Soup

Ingredients: crab (cleaned), noodles, chives

Remove the cleaned crabs to remove the shells and cut the gills with scissors.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the packed crabs, and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Next, stir in the noodles, add an appropriate amount of water and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
