Crayfish Iced Dumplings

Put ginger slices, dried red pepper, star anise, cinnamon and peppercorns in the pot, pour in some water, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and cook for 3 minutes

Add the crayfish that have been washed and removed and cook until the crayfish are completely red

Peel the shrimp meat when it is not hot, and save the shrimp head

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add the lobster heads and fry the shrimp oil on low heat, turn off the heat when there is no crackling, take out the shrimp heads, and save the shrimp oil for use

Tips:
The finishing touch is the shrimp sauce, so don’t throw away the shrimp heads. If there is excess shrimp sauce, the cooking will be very fragrant.
