The crepes can be eaten directly or some meat can be added according to personal taste.

Crepes

1. Use boiling water to hydrate the noodles

2. Knead the noodles and wake up for 20 minutes

3. Wake up time to prepare potatoes, green red peppers and stir-fry for later use

4. Roll out the dough with evenly distributed noodles

5. Preheat the dough in the electric cake file, put it on and cover it, and see the dough bulging, turn it over, and wait for a minute to bulge out.

6. Pancakes and fried potatoes rolled up

Tips:

Be sure to boil the water and the pancakes are cooked quickly and soft and fragrant
