Crispy Fish
1.
Wash the small fish and sun dry until 90% dry.

Prepare minced ginger and garlic, coriander and shallots.
3.
Heat oil in a pan and add peppercorns until fragrant. Add small fish and fry until crispy on both sides.

Grill the small fish to the side of the pot, add the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant.
5.
Add all the spices.
6.
Stir-fry evenly.
7.
Sprinkle chives and coriander on it and it's ready to be served! The crispy is delicious!
