Crispy Steamed Pork with Soft Waxy Flour

Wash the pork, preferably fat and lean pork belly, and cut into thin slices.

Add other seasonings except chives and rice noodles.

Stir evenly with chopsticks, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours for better flavor.

Marinate, pour in homemade rice noodles, (for the link of homemade rice noodles, see the next article: Homemade Steamed Rice Noodles with Steamed Meat), stir evenly with chopsticks so that each slice of meat is evenly covered with rice noodles.

Take a larger bowl and place the meat slices covered with rice noodles one by one.

The top layer of rice noodles can be drizzled with a little water, covered with a lid, and steamed on high heat for 60 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, you can happily eat steamed pork
Tips:
The white granulated sugar and cooking wine can be replaced with glutinous rice, which is slightly sweet, which can not only improve the freshness but also remove the fishy taste, it is delicious!
