Crucian Carp Soup

Wash the pork and cut into pieces. Put it into the meat grinder.

Add green onion, ginger and garlic. Shiitake mushrooms.

Stir in one direction evenly. Make meat filling.

Crucian carp. Wash and add cooking wine to remove fishy.

Tips:
