Beat the cucumber whole with a knife, and then cut it into pieces diagonally.

Carrot slices, shredded green onion and cucumber in a pot, put a spoonful of sesame oil.

One spoonful of chili oil, stir well together.

Crush the garlic, pound it with half a teaspoon of salt, and add two tablespoons of purified water and one spoon of soy sauce.

Tips:
The pig's nose is usually salty, and put it at the end.
The salt used for MSG is the small spoon in the seasoning box, not the one shown in the picture.
