After it's cooked, immediately put it in cold water, and then absorb the moisture for later use.

Mince garlic (this time the cut is not small enough, it is very spicy when you eat it, next time you use a garlic masher and add some green peppers, it will be more delicious)

Finally add monosodium glutamate, garlic, chili powder, five-spice powder, sesame oil, white vinegar (I should put all the ingredients in, then heat the oil and pour it on top)

There were leftover pumpkins at noon, so I boiled water and added millet and glutinous rice, and finally poured the pumpkin.

Tips:
After testing, the following conclusions are drawn:
1. Cucumbers are still delicious.
2. The garlic is finely chopped and mashed. I cut the garlic bigger this time, and in the end it was too spicy to eat and left.
3.Add minced green pepper and red pepper noodles.
