Put the konjac in a pot of clean water and boil it for about five minutes after the water is boiled.

Cut the cooked konjac into thin strips to control excess water

Cut the cucumber into shreds. In order to match with the konjac, the cut is not too fine.

Put the cucumber shreds and konjac shreds on the plate,
