Cuihua Grilled Pork Ribs

Cut the short ribs in half, mix the dry ingredients (brown sugar, chili powder, salt) well, and place them on the ribs and marinate for at least two hours. I usually marinate in the morning and bake at night. Or marinate overnight.

Cover the baking tray with tin foil, arrange the marinated ribs, mix the wet ingredients, and pour them on top of the ribs.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius), seal the baking tray with tin foil, and bake it in the oven for 1.5 hours. (90 minutes)

After roasting, take it out, pour out the sauce, place the ribs on the grill, brush both sides with honey, and bake for 5-10 minutes for coloring.
