Cumin Roasted Wings

Draw three knives on the front and back of the chicken wings, which will add more flavor

Pour in cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, then ginger and minced garlic, then pour in cumin, salt, chicken essence, squeeze in a little honey, put in a little black pepper, and stir well
