Cumin Spicy Mashed Potatoes
1.
Peel and wash the small potatoes, put them in water and boil until soft, so soft that they can split when chopsticks are inserted, and chopped green onions
2.
Take a small bowl and mix together cumin powder, chili powder, and prickly ash powder and set aside
3.
Heat the pot, add a spoonful of chicken fat (if not available, you can use lard instead, meat fat is better than potatoes fried out of vegetable oil)
4.
Add the potato wedges
5.
Add a spoonful of salt
6.
Add a spoonful of chili powder from step (2)
7.
Add a spoonful of five-spice powder, fry until fragrant and stir well
8.
Put the chopped green onion before serving
Tips:
1. According to personal habits, if you like pure mash, you can press it with a spoon in advance. I personally prefer the one with granules.
2. Add chili powder according to the individual's ability to eat spicy food.
