Curry Beef Brisket

The sirloin is rinsed in clean water for four to five hours, and then passed over the water. After washing the blood foam in cold water, control the water for later use.

Put the green onion, ginger, and garlic in the oil to fragrant, add the sirloin, stir it together until the sirloin is browned, add the spiced, star anise, pepper, add appropriate amount of water, put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, salt, and make brine. Simmer for three or four hours until the sirloin is soft and the soup is thick.

Potatoes are cooked with water first, and finally cooked, the dishes look very refreshing. The onion is fragrant, the carrots, and the juice of the braised beef brisket are added. When boiling, add the beef brisket and potatoes, and finally add the Japanese curry to taste. I will sprinkle some black pepper when it comes out. The taste will be very special!

I use marinated sirloin, so I eat two dishes with more marinade, you can put vegetables, hand-rolled noodles, beef, a bowl of fragrant sirloin noodles is out again!
