Curry Beef Offal

Cut beef offal and peel off small potatoes

Pick up the offal after blanching
3.
Stir fragrant ginger slices with oil in a hot pan, stir-fry the offal until the color changes
4.
Add all the seasonings and stir fry evenly
5.
Add appropriate amount of water and small potatoes; cook on low heat for about 2 hours
6.
Cook until the beef offal is soft and cooked, add green onion, then turn off the heat and serve
