Curry Cumin Grilled Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings, use a knife to cut two knives on the back of the chicken wings (it is easy to taste when marinated), then pour in 1 tablespoon of white wine and grab it by hand

Pour in curry

Then sprinkle in cumin powder

Slice ginger, pat the red onion, and put curry, cumin powder, white wine, ginger, red onion, sticky rice noodles, cornstarch and salt on the chicken wings

Grab evenly with your hands, and evenly coat each chicken wing (it is best to wear disposable gloves, curry will stain your hands)

Cover the lid and marinate in the refrigerator for twelve hours (not less than six hours)

Spread tin foil on the grill pan (matte side up) and put the grilling net on top, and then put the marinated chicken wings on the grilling net (back side up)

Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, put the baking sheet into the upper middle of the oven and bake for 10 minutes

Take out the chicken wings and turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes
