My kids like to eat curry-flavored food. I have eaten Indian curry and Thai curry. I haven’t tried Japanese curry. Today I tried the Japanese curry block from Tianpeng, and used it to make a curry pork chop. It was crispy and delicious. Pork chops, with a little curry powder, tastes good.

Curry Pork Chop

1. Prepare the main ingredients.

2. After the pork slices are washed, thin them with the back of a knife.

3. Marinate the pork slices with salt, soy sauce, and pepper to taste.

4. Dip the pork slices with flour, egg liquid, and bread crumbs.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add pork chops and fry on low heat.

6. Fry on low heat until golden on both sides.

7. Dig out a little bit of Tianpeng Kaiseki curry, then crush it into curry powder with the back of a knife.

8. Cut the pork chops into small long strips.

9. Sprinkle curry powder on top of pork chops and add lemon garnish. Tianpeng all-match kaiseki curry cubes, stewed meat and noodles are delicious!
