Curry Potatoes

Cut potatoes, slice green onions, and dice carrots

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the potato pieces and diced carrots when the oil is hot, stir fry until half cooked

Add a small amount of water to continue heating, add the shallots and salt when it is almost cooked

Add the right amount of curry powder when it comes out of the pan, keep turning it when the pan is ready to dry, and finally collect the juice and take it out of the pan.
5.
Pour the remaining curry sauce on the dish when it comes out of the pot
Tips:
The green onions are going to be next, and they are delicious when eaten raw, they are really unpalatable when they are old.
