De Mori Fish Stew (short Version)
1.
Prepare various materials. Ready to start.
2.
Heat the pan with cold oil. Add the sliced fish and fry it. (Because my pot is a bit small, I didn't make the whole pot. If the pot at home is big, consider making the whole pot.)
3.
Fry one side and then fry the other side.
4.
Then add water, add bean paste, lighten soy sauce
5.
Then add green onion, ginger and garlic.
6.
After the onion, ginger, and garlic are all set, add salt to adjust the taste.
7.
Add tofu and simmer for 20 minutes. You need to use a spatula to shovel the bottom of the pot frequently to avoid sticking to the pot. (After all, the gas stove at home is not comparable to the large pots in the countryside. It can be heated on all sides. The gas stove conducts heat from the bottom, so the bottom loves to paste the pot.)
8.
Soak the vermicelli in hot water
9.
Add cabbage to the pot and stew, and while simmering, use the soup to pour the soup on the cabbage so that the cabbage will cook quickly.
10.
Then add the soaked vermicelli and simmer for ten minutes.
11.
Put the fish, tofu, vermicelli, and cabbage in the pot in order, arrange them, put the soup in it, and sprinkle a small handful of coriander. Out of the pot.
Tips:
When frying fish, it takes a certain amount of time to turn it over after the frying pan, because turning it over will remove the skin of the fish when it is not cooked. When stewing fish, you often need to use a spatula to shovel the bottom of the pot to avoid mashing the pot. The vermicelli is more difficult to cook, so it needs to be soaked in hot water in advance, so that it will be easier to cook, and it will also avoid cooking for a long time.
