Deep Fried Chicken Chop
1.
Sliced chicken breasts into thin slices.
2.
Knock out the lines with the back of the knife.
3.
The chicken is marinated for several hours with salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper and minced garlic.
4.
Beaten eggs
5.
Mix corn starch and flour 1:1, add a small amount of five-spice powder and mix well to make fried powder. (Personally like thicker fried noodles, if you like thin ones, just take a thin layer of cornstarch)
6.
The chicken chops are coated with a layer of egg mixture and then coated with fried powder.
7.
Finished product
8.
Bring to the pan and add oil, and the chicken chops are fried until golden brown when 60% hot.
9.
Remove and drain the oil, cut into pieces, sprinkle with cumin powder, and squeeze the sauce. (Ketchup and salad dressing I used)
Tips:
The oil should be warmed up or the powder will fall off.
