Delicious Hanamaki Bun
1.
First, prepare the flour, add a little baking powder, put it in warm water and mix well
2.
Put it in a warm place and let the noodles ferment, about two to three hours. (Because environmental factors determine the speed of sending out the noodles) If you open it up and see that there are many stomata, it will be successful.
3.
When the dough is finished, add a little dry flour to knead the dough until the surface is very delicate.
4.
Use a rolling pin to roll it into a uniformly sized circle, sprinkle with peanut oil, salt, and five-spice powder, roll it evenly with a hand, and cut it into a square with a knife, flatten it and twist it by hand.
5.
Finally, spread a wet cage cloth in the pot, put the Hanamaki evenly spaced, covered and steamed for half an hour to complete.
Tips:
Remember to knead the noodles longer, so that the steamed Hanamaki is delicious.
