Delicious Shrimp Dumpling Pot Stickers

150 grams of pork, 10 shrimps, 10 dumpling wrappers,
Appropriate amount of chopped green onion and ginger, 10 grams of light soy sauce, 10 grams of oyster sauce, 5 grams of cooking wine, 4 grams of salt, 30 grams of edible oil

The pork is stirred into minced meat with a meat grinder. Add the chopped green onion and ginger, 10 grams of oyster sauce, 10 grams of cooking oil, and 3 grams of salt, and stir in one direction to increase the tendons.

Tips:
1. Choose pork with three-point fat and seven-point lean, so that it won’t be fuel or oily.
2. If you have time, it is recommended to choose fresh shrimp~ the taste is superb. But frozen shrimp is also okay.
