Dengying Bean Curd

Boil the tofu skin in boiling water.

Put cold water too cold.
3.
Cut them into generous slices and let them dry.
4.
Shred the ginger and cut the pepper into sections.

Put oil in a hot pan and fry the tofu skin.
6.
Fry until golden and remove for later use.
7.
Put oil in the wok, add chili, ginger and sesame hot sauce.

Put the fried tofu skin.
9.
Add salt and light soy sauce and stir fry for a few times.
