Tips:
Potatoes are rich in dietary fiber; the gastrointestinal absorption of potatoes is slower. After eating potatoes, they stay in the intestines for a longer time than rice, so they feel fuller and help take away some fat and garbage;
Carrots also help digestion, lower blood pressure, strengthen the heart, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects;
Lotus root has the effects of reducing inflammation and stasis, clearing away heat and relieving dryness, relieving cough and resolving phlegm; it can clear the congestion accumulated in the abdomen and promote the secretion of milk;
(The lotus root in the lion's head can be replaced by water chestnuts, it will be more delicious, but I can't buy water chestnuts here)
