Dragon Beard Fried Pork Slices

Wash wild asparagus and drain the water, cut into inch sections, blanch it in a pot of boiling water, and drain the water in a cold river for use.

Peel and wash pork belly

Thinly sliced

Slice garlic, cut green onion into sections, appropriate amount of green pepper

Heat the oil in the pan
