This is a very traditional soup in Guangdong, which has the effect of relieving cough and moisturizing the lungs!

But this soup is the first time I have made this soup since I started cooking! why? Because pig lungs are really difficult to deal with, my mother used to cook this soup for me. I remember that every time my mother cooks this soup, it is a special trouble. Put the pig lungs in a pot of boiling water and connect them to the pig lungs. The pipe has to be placed outside the pot, and while it’s boiling, the pipe keeps bubbling out, and you have to hold something and continue...in an hour, I’m afraid it’s impossible to get it off, the soup hasn’t been boiled yet. Well, the treatment of pig lungs alone is a headache! So I only drank this soup from my mother, and it is not easy to make this soup in restaurants outside because it is too troublesome!

One day I talked to my mother on the phone and talked about my husband’s cough, and I wanted to drink her pork lung and vegetable soup... My mother taught me a quick way to deal with pig lungs, so I was in a hurry. Nai, I bought a pig lung the next day and cooked this soup. It was really sweet and delicious! Husband also praised it well after drinking it, and his cough seems to be getting better! "Hateful" mother, why don't you tell me earlier! "

Dried Pork Lung and Vegetable Soup

1. Rinse the pig lungs after buying them, and then cut them into appropriate sizes;

2. Bring the cut pig lungs to a boil under cold water to boil the air bubbles in the pig lungs. It takes about 10-15 minutes;

3. Wash the pig lungs in cold water and cook them again. This time there should be no air bubbles. Rinse them with water again and drain them for later use;

4. Dried vegetables are soaked in advance, washed, and drained; (mine is self-dried and there is no mud and sand, and I still need to clean sand when I buy it outside)

5. Peel the carrots and cut into pieces with a hob; cut the corn into sections for later use;

6. Wash the southern and northern apricots and Xinhui tangerine peels. After washing the candied dates and figs, you can cut them with a knife for easy taste;

7. Add all the processed ingredients to the pot, except salt;

8. Then inject an appropriate amount of water;

9. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat for about 2 hours, and add salt to taste before eating; (I used a rice cooker because I didn’t have time to watch the fire with my children. After the water boiled, I used the soup mode for two hours!)

Tips:

If it’s lung fever, a normal cough can just be cooked with pig lungs, but if you cough so badly, your heart feels like "tear off". Add the pig heart and cook it together. The effect will be better!
