6.

7.
Shred the ginger, slice the garlic, cut the dried chili into sections, and cut the shallots into sections for later use (I forgot to buy the green onions here. I asked my dad to buy them quickly during the process, so I haven't seen the shadow of the onions yet.
8.
Wash celery and cut into sections for later use
9.
Boil a large pot of boiling water, add the squid, and hold it under dry water for ten seconds (because the squid will shrink a lot after being fried, so 500 grams is not much, if there are many people in the family or the appetite, 1000 grams is not too much).
10.
Enoki mushrooms, chicken wings, potatoes, crab sticks, tofu, and beef balls are all cooked in water. (Actually, they have been oiled in restaurants outside. In fact, the oily taste is better, but after all, living conditions are better and all of them are nutritious. Overcome, so I still choose the water to be healthier and delicious. Why not do it. (I will not show the photos one by one here)
11.
Heat the pan with cold oil. Use more oil than usual when cooking. Add ginger, onion, garlic, peppercorns, dried chili, and stir fry until fragrant. Add onion and celery when it is almost cooked. Fried to death.
12.
After the chicken wings are cooked, add other ingredients and stir fry. Turn off the heat, add all the condiments and stir-fry well. After stir-fry, turn on high heat and stir-fry for 30 seconds. The coriander is decorated and delicious when placed on the side. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve. Generally, white sesame seeds are often used for cooking, but my family mixes black and white sesame seeds, so it looks almost like it.
