Dried Tofu

Shred the dried tofu and wash.

Scald with boiling water, remove the cold water, drain the water and set aside.

Prepare as shown.

Add sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar and green onion.

In another pot of oil, about half a small bowl, heat 70% to 80% hot, add sesame pepper, and turn off the heat for a scent. When the oil temperature drops, add Chaotian pepper (it's easy to paste early)

It is best to wait for the oil to cool before pouring it on the dried tofu. Add coriander at the end. Mix well.
