Dried Tofu

Prepare ingredients: old tofu, white radish; peel and wash white radish, wash and drain the old tofu;

Cut old tofu into thick triangular pieces;

Use a grater to shave the white radish into thick shreds; add salt and sugar to the white radish, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes;

Pour vegetable oil into the pot to heat; add tofu and fry until golden;

Fry the tofu on all sides, stir up the pan, and drain the oil;

After the peanuts are sautéed, crush them;

Squeeze the white radish to dry the water, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, vinegar, Chinese pepper oil, oily pepper, sugar, and ground peanuts, and mix well;

Add appropriate amount of sugar, vinegar, and cold boiled to an empty bowl, stir well, and serve as a dipping sauce;

A cut is made on the tofu slope;

Just stuff it with shredded radish; you can dip it in sweet and sour sauce when eating.
