Dried Tofu with Hot Peppers

1. Prepare chopped green onion, ginger slices, minced garlic, hot pepper and roll blade, and slice the meat.

2. Cut dry tofu into finger-wide strips.

3. Turn on high heat, add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour the dried tofu strips into the pot and blanch until the water boils again.

4. Take out the dried tofu and soak it in cold water and cover it with plastic wrap.

5. Turn on high heat, stir fry the green onion and ginger in the hot pan with cold oil, and mix the meat with cooking wine before putting it in the pan.

6. Stir-fry the pork slices and change the color, pour into the pepper slices and continue to fry

7. Stir-fry the hot peppers for about a minute, pour in the dried tofu and stir fry.

8. Stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes, add soy sauce, add salt and minced garlic, stir-fry for a few more times.
