Dried Vegetables Braised Pork

1. Cut the pork belly, marinate in oil salt and oyster sauce, soak the dried vegetables in water for about 1 hour, soak until soft

2. Frying pan

3. Put pork

4. Add dried vegetables, add a pinch of salt

5. Add a little water, cover and cook for about 5 minutes

6. Add a little oyster sauce and stir well

Tips:

Dried vegetables should be macerated in advance
