Drooling Rabbit

Rinse the rabbit legs clean.

Put rabbit legs in a pot in cold water, boil to remove any foam, add cooking wine, ginger, and pepper, and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes;

Soak the rabbit legs in ice water for three to five minutes, drain and chop them into pieces.

Put cold soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate, pepper noodles, five-spice powder, sea pepper, sesame oil, white sesame seeds, sugar, ginger, garlic, and green onions in a bowl, add rapeseed oil and mix thoroughly;

Just pour the juice on the rabbit pieces.
