Dry Fried Crucian Carp

Appropriate amount of crucian carp.

Remove the scales, cheeks, and internal organs of the crucian carp, and wash it with an oblique knife against the back of the spine.

Add cooking wine, vinegar, green onion and ginger, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes to remove fishy.

After rinsing, add salt, chili powder, cumin powder and five-spice powder.

Mix well and marinate for more than 2 hours to make it delicious.

Heat the oil in the pan.

Put the marinated crucian carp into the pot, fry until golden, turn it over and fry again.
