Dry Frying Bell

Add minced meat to all seasonings, mix well and set aside. Spread the tofu skin on the chopping board and spread the meat evenly.

Roll into a roll and seal the mouth with batter. Cut into moderately sized segments.

Put the tofu skin rolls into the baking tray, and brush the surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Put the grilling net into the pot, and put the baking pan on the grilling net.

Start the "optional menu", the temperature is 155 degrees, time is 10 minutes, then flip it over and fry it for 5 minutes. After deep-fried, you can eat it directly, or dip it in your favorite sauce or salt and pepper.
Tips:
The skin of tofu is relatively thin, so the temperature should not be too high during frying, so as to prevent the skin from drying out and affecting the taste.
